Stockholm, November 12 2025 — Swedish autonomous and electric trucking company Einrideannounced plans to go public next year through a merger with Legato Merger Corp. III, a U.S.-listed special purpose acquisition company (SPAC). The deal values Einride at $1.8 billion, setting the stage for a public listing in the first half of 2026.
Founded in 2016, Einride has grown from a bold Swedish startup into a global logistics innovator, combining electric, autonomous, and intelligent freight technologies. Today, the company operates across seven countries, managing logistics for PepsiCo, Heineken, GE Appliances, and DP World, among others.
“This is a powerful milestone,” Einride said. “What began as an idea in Sweden has become a global movement. Going public will give us the strength to scale, expand fleets, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in freight.”
The move positions Einride at the forefront of the freight industry’s shift toward automation and decarbonization.
