A proud milestone for exo: unveiling its first 100% electric and 100% exo-branded bus

A historic milestone for public transit in Québec — today, exo proudly unveiled its very first 100% electric and fully exo-branded bus, developed in partnership with Nova Bus.

The unveiling took place during the Canadian Urban Transit Association (CUTA) conference in Montréal, as part of the Transit Show, with many of exo’s transportation partners in attendance.

This new vehicle marks a major step forward in exo’s business model transformation, as the organization gradually becomes the owner of its bus assets — similar to its train operations.

Supported by the Government of Québec through the Public Transit Infrastructure Assistance Program, this initiative reinforces exo’s commitment to building a greener, more efficient, and sustainable transportation network.

“This first 100% electric bus is more than just a vehicle — it’s a symbol of our collective commitment to innovation and sustainable mobility,” said exo’s leadership team.
