Today, at Progressive Railroading magazine’s annual RailTrends conference, Coby Bullard, CPKC Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing – Merchandise, Energy and Business Development, outlined how the railway is driving growth through collaboration, innovation, and continental connectivity.
Bullard detailed how CPKC partners with customers and other railroads to reach new markets across North America, emphasizing the role of technology and operational innovation in boosting capacity, reliability, and safety.
A unique three-nation network
He underscored that CPKC’s greatest strength is its unmatched rail network connecting Canada, the United States, and Mexico, the only tri-national system of its kind. This network, he noted, fuels economic development, strengthens supply chains, and supports industry-leading growth.
Bullard concluded that CPKC’s strategic position—combined with sustained investment in innovation—positions the railway at the forefront of North America’s evolving freight landscape.
