A major step forward to strengthen workforce development in the transportation sector

Contrans and Laidlaw have officially announced the creation of a new joint Recruitment Centerdedicated to all hiring activities related to both organizations across Québec. This unified structure aims to streamline candidate intake, highlight opportunities across multiple divisions, and strengthen visibility in an increasingly competitive labour market.

The following groups will be part of this centralized Recruitment Center:

• Contrans Flatbed Group

• Contrans Tank

• Contrans Vrac

• Laidlaw Bulk

According to leadership teams, the new center will help improve coordination, accelerate candidate selection, and better address workforce shortages affecting the trucking industry throughout Canada.

Future applicants will be able to stay updated on career opportunities, team highlights, and ongoing development initiatives through this dedicated hub.
