Position: Full-time | Department: Fleet Maintenance

We are currently seeking a Trailer Technician (310J Licensed) to join our Napanee team. Under the supervision of the Fleet Maintenance Manager, the technician will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing trailer units while ensuring all work aligns with safety and government standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Ministry of Transport annual inspections

• Diagnose issues and complete repairs independently

• Conduct major and minor repairs (brakes, suspension, lighting, etc.)

• Clean, lubricate, and test equipment

• Ensure compliance with OEM and regulatory standards

• Meet repair deadlines and maintain detailed records

Qualifications & Skills:

• Licensed 310J Technician (Skilled Trades of Ontario)

• 2–5 years of relevant experience

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work safely under pressure

• Professional and clear communication skills (written and spoken English)

• Welding and fabrication experience is an asset
