Last week, an important milestone was reached at GLS facilities in Drummondville and Sherbrookewith the successful signing of a new two-year collective agreement.
Thanks to the dedicated efforts of the bargaining committee – Michel Aubin, Gilles Marcoux, and Gilles Beaudoin – the 15 employees represented by Local 931 will receive salary increases of more than 13%, along with several improvements to working conditions and benefits.
This agreement is a significant recognition of the crucial role these members play in GLS’s logistics chain, ensuring every day that parcels are handled and delivered with care.
It marks not only a victory for the workers but also a strong step forward toward improving their future.
