During a routine commercial vehicle inspection somewhere in North America, officers discovered a truck with multiple inoperative brakes—an egregious case of mechanical neglect that they described as “not just criminal, but extremely dangerous.”

One brake was found to be severely worn, while others were completely non-functioning. The driver was cited, and the vehicle was immediately placed out of service.

“Uhhh, no… just no. And this was just one of multiple brakes that were not working. Obviously, this is a big NO-NO,” said an inspector, posting a shocking image on social media to warn others.
