A Level 1 inspection carried out on May 8, 2025 had already revealed 3 major and 12 minor defects, none of which were ever repaired.

During the new Level 1 inspection on October 8, the findings were alarming :

Tractor:

• 5 major defects

• 42 minor defects

Semi-trailer:

• 2 major defects

• 18 minor defects

Officers issued seven tickets, including:

• Two for operating a vehicle in poor mechanical condition (one per heavy vehicle);

• One for a non-compliant tire (with visible wire on the tread);

• One for operating with major defects;

• One for operating with minor defects not corrected within 48 hours;

• One for lack of proof of insurance;

• And one for failing to record defects in the pre-trip inspection log.

Additionally, four non-compliance notices were issued.
