Paris, December 8, 2025 — TotalEnergies SE marked an important milestone today as its ordinary shares officially began trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker TTE. This listing replaces the company’s former American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), streamlining its North American market presence.

On October 30, 2025, TotalEnergies announced the termination of its ADR program and confirmed that each ADR would be converted into one NYSE-listed ordinary share. Effective December 8, 2025, all outstanding ADRs have now been fully exchanged, completing the transition.

By aligning its U.S. listing with the structure used on Euronext, TotalEnergies enhances transparency for investors and strengthens its global financial visibility. The move reflects the company’s strategy to simplify its equity structure while advancing its broader ambitions in energy transformation and sustainable development.
