Trucking HR Canada Welcomes Two New Board Members

Ottawa, ON – July 28, 2025 – Trucking HR Canada (THRC) is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to its Board of Directors: Carla Kaneski, Chief Financial Officer at Arnold Bros. Transport Ltd., and Stephen Newton, Senior Vice President and National Transportation Consultant at Marsh Canada.

Carla Kaneski brings over 13 years of leadership experience, with a focus on operational excellence, automation, cross-functional collaboration, and employee retention. Stephen Newton offers 30 years of industry expertise, specializing in safety management for large commercial fleets.

The organization also thanked outgoing Board member John Foss, Vice President of National Accounts at Trailcon Leasing Inc., for his years of dedicated service and leadership.

The updated Board reflects a committed group of professionals from across the country who guide THRC in its mission to support a skilled, competitive, and sustainable trucking and logistics workforce.
